#Only Wanting Won’t Do

So as you all know, I announced about the brand new series which we are starting, “Only Wanting Won’t Do: People who made their dreams come true.” This is a series in which I will be talking with several people who accomplished their goals even in the worst of circumstances, people who did not give in to their situations, and people who did not make excuses. At times in life we feel an urge for reform, but we expect others to bring that change for us, at times we make goals, we dream big, we want the most satisfying things in life but we do not work for achieving success. That is why the title of the series is ‘Only wanting won’t do!’ This was something I realized 3 years back and even wrote a poem about it. Now I would like to converse with people who applied this in their lives. They are a true source of inspiration for all of us! So let this new journey begin in which we will travel with the most excellent minds, you readers!!

Seeing this world I sometimes think,
The world is beautiful,
But the next moment my thoughts sink,
Because the reality is quite woeful.

When I see the news,
It is always vulgar and abuse.

Everyone wants to change the world,
But only wanting won’t do!
But only wanting won’t do !!

People are dying for food,
But it never changes our mood.

Money has become a real god,
There is no place for truth, just fraud.

Sometimes in the laboratories of my mind,
I experiment with the thought,
Why people are so blind?
“The reasons”? they are a big lot.

But again the thing is……

Everyone wants to change the world,
But only wanting won’t do!
But only wanting won’t do!!
